Meet Tabitha
You are about to embark on an amazing journey! You are either about to purchase your first home, sell your home, or buy a new home. This is a big deal! And I take this responsibility seriously. I am here to help you and guide you through the entire process and on to the next chapter in your life, filled with amazing memories. And I cannot wait to be a part of this process with you!
If you have not met me before, let me introduce myself! I am Tabitha - a loving, hardworking, dedicated, and friendly individual. Originally a native of Hampton, I currently reside in Williamsburg with my husband, Travis, our daughter, Rylie, and our furbabies. I have always had a sense for and a love of community. I knew at a young age I wanted to help others in life. This desire landed me in a lifetime goal of pursuing a career as a Police Officer and then later on as a 911 dispatcher. I had always been intrigued by real estate, and I finally decided to become a Realtor, and knew I could help others in my communities with this passion. Being a part of someone finding their first home or starting their next chapter in life is a blessing and allows me to be a part of that person's life for years to come. My family and I cannot wait to be a part of your journey.
Did you know - I am a certified Military Relocation Professional? As an MRP, I understand the challenges our military families face when getting re-stationed. As such, I have access to a nationwide database of agents who are also certified to help our military families near every station to make your PCS as pleasant as possible.
I am also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). So I thoroughly know and understand the ins and outs of what the buying process is like. I also have resources & guides to help even a seasoned or a first-time homebuyer understand the process, their options & to feel at ease during the entire transaction.
Why? Why did I get into real estate? I have always loved that feeling when you wake up, and it's a day you get to stay in at home, or that feeling you have when you have had a long day, and you come home and let out a sigh of relief. You are home. It's the place where you get to put your own touches of who you are, your pictures, your art, your collectibles. It is where you laugh, where you cry, where you have fun, and where you are living life. How amazing it is that I get to meet so many new people and help them search for this amazing place? And then I get to help them as they find the one and help them get to the finish line and move in. Or help them move on to a new chapter? I love people, and I am so grateful that I get to meet new people and become a part of their lives. I have recently become a military relocation professional because I love helping people who are new to the area and helping them through this process. I try to take as much burden off of them as I can and help them find a home to love and a community they love to be a part of.
Helping to guide individuals in this process and getting to know them - this is WHY I love that I get to be a real estate agent.
