My experience with Tabitha Dalton of Liz Moore & Associates was excellent. She was always available during the many steps in selling my home of 51 years. I was particularly grateful for her work with contractors for necessary servicing and repairs: locating possible contractors, getting estimates, advising me on decisions, and seeing that the work was carried out properly. Although the selling process was more complicated than I had anticipated, she made everything as easy for me as possible. I don't expect to need the services of a real estate agent again, but I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tabitha again if needed.
